WHY CHOOSE HYPNOSIS?

Let's begin by comparing a few facts:

Conscious mind processes:
-
reasoning both inductive and deductive
-
logic
-
sensory input
-
will/volition
-
analysis/choice
-
processes approximately 4 thousand bits of information a second.
Unconscious mind processes:

-
Autonomic Nervous System both the parasympathetic and the sympathetic
-
emotions
-
records all experiences (memory)
-
emotions
-
problem solver
-
keep you safe
-
creative intelligence
-
all beliefs
-
processes approximately 4 billion bits of information a second
It is easy to see just from the list above that the unconscious mind is far more in control than the conscious mind. If I were to elaborate on the autonomic nervous system that includes your heart, lungs, digestion and all other automatic bodily functions, this list would cover pages. So I ask you. . .

WHO'S DRIVING YOUR BUS?

Since all of the programs for your health, emotions, behavior, beliefs and more are being controlled by the unconscious mind, doesn't it make sense that this is where we need to go to update the programs that are counterproductive and working against us?

OK, so let's just tell the unconscious mind what to do. Not so easy. The conscious mind runs interference and puts up a wall called the critical factor. When you are fully awake and alert this wall is very difficult to penetrate. Hypnosis relaxes the critical faculty so that new information can be sent and accepted by the subconscious mind. The right suggestions delivered in the hypnotic state can create rapid, lasting change. Hypnosis is a non-invasive practice that allows you to tap into your own inner resources to create change.
Let me put you in the driver's seat of your bus!
